De op maat gemaakte vorm van de Talon clamp is ontworpen voor maximale sterkte en minimaal gewicht. Raptor koos voor het smeedproces omdat het ons in staat stelt om een consistente wanddikte te creëren zonder materiaal te verspillen. Raptor besloot ook om de Talon-klem in 2 maten te maken (standaard en extra groot), om gewicht te besparen en shims te verwijderen

The Talon’s tailored shape is designed for maximum strength and minimal weight. Raptor chose the forging process as it allows us to create a consistent wall thickness without wasting material and expensive machining. Raptor also decided to make the Talon clamp in 2 sizes (standard and oversize), to save weight and eliminating shims (the oversized Talon clamp will come out in August 2015).
